WHAT ARE YOUR COVID-19 PROTOCOLS?
-We are finally piercing under the mask, use the button above to book :)

-Please do not touch or remove any of your piercings during your time in the studio

-You may bring 1 friend with you to your appointment, any minors under 13 may bring both parents

-You do not need to arrive early for jewelry selection, if you do arrive early we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee someone will be free prior to your appointment time.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes, we are by appointment only and booking online is super easy through the button at the top of the page! Email us if you have any questions.
That does include just to look at jewelry, buy saline, any check-ups or jewelry changes as well as piercings or consultations. Please email us for any emergencies, medical or otherwise, and we will do our best!
WHY CAN'T I FIND A PHONE
NUMBER TO CALL YOU ANYWHERE?
We have opted not to use the phone for client correspondence for a couple reasons, actually! Generally speaking it's because we are not often available by phone, and that ends up being quite frustrating for our clients. Between our staff being busy helping clients in the studio and only having dial-up internet for our debit/credit machine our phone is not a very reliable way to get in touch. We have also found that often the messages left do not include important information for calling back, and we don't want anyone to go ignored! If you send us an email though, we're usually very quick with replying. If your question is urgent or time-sensitive, please state as much in the subject line to ensure you get a reply ASAP.
WILL YOU PIERCE MY NOSE/SEPTUM/LIP/TONGUE?
Yes, we are now piercing under the mask! You can book a spot with us through our booking page :)
WILL YOU CHANGE THE JEWELRY IN MY NOSE/MOUTH?
Yes, we will! We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Just shoot us an email and we will help you reschedule!

HOW DO I DO THAT?
In the confirmation email you recieved, at the bottom there is a button to "cancel/change appointment" so just click that to rebook to another day, and if you cancel it altogether send us an email about your deposit :) please be sure you read our cancellation policy when you book!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
For appointments requiring a deposit, we require at least 24hrs notice to cancel/rebook and transfer or refund your deposit. If you are 15min late and we have not heard from you, you will also forfeit your deposit. Let us know if you're running behind, we will do our best to accommodate within reason!
WHAT IS YOUR PIERCING FEE?
Our fee for most piercings is $60 and we offer two for one so that covers any two piercings on the same person during the same appointment. For any additional piercings, the fee is $30 each and we will not pierce more than 4 in one sitting.
For surface anchors or industrial projects our fee is $70. For surface anchors, the two for one deal also applies, with $30 per additional anchor. Since an industrial is two piercings, you get the same 2 for 1 deal for any 2 point industrial project with any additional points at $30 each.
WHAT IS THE COST OF BASIC JEWELRY?
Jewelry ranges a fair bit depending on placement but our basics are priced as follows, with suitable initial placements (listed in brackets):
Rings - $35 each, niobium (lobes, daith, septum)
Studs - $55-65 each, titanium (lobes, most cartilage placements, nose*, lip*)
Barbells - $60 each, titanium (bridge, nipples, tongue*)
Curved Barbells - $75 each, titanium (eyebrow, rook)
Navel bars- $45-$145
Gold options start around $70 and up, come see us or send us a photo for exact quotes :)
* - no fresh piercings in these placements
WHAT ARE YOUR AGE RESTRICTIONS?
No matter the piercing and restrictions, you MUST have valid government issued ID when you come in for your piercing, and a parent or guardian present to sign if necessary
Ear lobes: 5 years and up, must have parental consent until 16 years
Ear cartilage, Navel, Eyebrow, Lip, Nostril, Septum: 13 years with parental consent, can sign for yourself at 16 years
Surface Anchors, Surface Bars, Tongue, Bridge, Industrial: 16 years
Nipples or Genitals: 18 years, with or without parental consent. The person we are piercing must be 18 for these.
HOW DO I BOOK 2-3+ PEOPLE ON THE SAME DAY?
For 2 people you can likely just book an appointment for each of you on the same day, but still shoot us an email to see if we can arrange your appointments any closer together. Each person requesting a service must have their own appointment. For 3 or more people it'll probably take some discussion to find what will work best in each case, but we are happy to accommodate as best we can!
