The short answer is no, not with us. Our shop's baseline policy is consent,

and no infant can consent to the risks associated with piercing and how that may impact them.

Any piercing will stay in an open wound state longer than a typical cut or scrape, which means an infection will remain a real possibility for much longer than a typical surface abrasion. Any risk of infection being transmitted to your child is not something your child can consent to, and is not something we feel comfortable risking. While the risk of infection may be relatively low for you based on lifestyle and habits, it simply is not something

we are willing to risk.
